Golden Ticket

The golden ticket design was for an internal campaign. We encouraged the branches to pay special attention to the wait times in their drive-throughs. We had "secret shoppers" who were volunteers that would stop by the branches and experience the drive-through. Afterward, the secret shopper would give feedback directly to the branch manager. If the drive-through wait time and experience met certain requirements, the secret shopper would also present the branch manager with a golden ticket. This campaign was successful and helped branches improve operations. Many of the branches also kept their golden tickets and framed them, proudly displaying them as a token of the employees' hard work. I also designed packaging for custom candy bars that were delivered to the branches as an extra thank you in addition to the prizes that they won.

We updated the design for the golden tickets each year. Featured is the final year. For the printing of these golden tickets, I used a velvety soft-touch black paper and gold foil.
